Instructor Sensei Ahcene Moussaoui, 5th DAN(JKA)Sensei
Ahcene Moussaoui started training Shotokan in 1974 and archived his 1st DAN in
1982 under sensei Taiji Kase. He went on to be a member of the Algerian national
team from 1984 to 1989, he took part in the World Championships in 1988. In 1985
he achieved his 2nd DAN under sensei Taiji Kase. He developed a love for Kumite
and developed the skill for it, in 1989 he achieved a bronze medal in the Mediterranean
Cup for team Kumite. He started training at the
famous Marshall Street under sensei Enoeda and became apart of the Marshall Street
team in 1989 until 2000. He took part in the European JKA Championships team and
individuals, Kata and Kumite in France 1998 then Holland 2000. He
trained with the top Japanese instructors (Taiji Kasse, Shirai, Enoeda, Neto,
Osaka, Tabata, Myasaki, Sawada, Ougoura, Ueki, etc...). Sensei Moussaoui is the
main driving force behind Isa Aissa Adjadj to win the South Region Cup many times.
He reached the national final twice and achived a bronze medal in JKA European
Championships 2001. Sensei Moussaoui is currently 5th DAN and Chief Instructor
at the Sobell Karate Club. |
