Grading
Composition Kihon: The most basic form
of karate training, kihon consists of repeating individual techniques many times. Kata: Kata
(form) consists of a predefined sequence of karate defences and attacks against
a number of imaginery opponents. Kumite: Kumite
(sparring) is the main training method in which techniques can be used against
real opponents. |

Belt 9th Kyu Kata should be performed without mistakes and using tempo,
